Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
However, we offer refunds only in cases where the product you received is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must provide a clear unboxing video
- The video must show the package being opened from the start, without cuts or edits.
- The damage or issue must be clearly visible in the video.
Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process your refund request.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at elovsproducts@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- The unboxing video as proof
Once we review your request, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at elovsproducts@gmail.com.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances
- We do not offer refunds for issues without proper video proof
- Sale items and promotional purchases are not eligible for refunds unless damaged
